The staff at this hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was great but could benefit from more variety. However, my room had issues with temperature control, making it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, I encountered delays with housekeeping, which needed to be improved.

Just a good match for a momentary pause in Oro Valley with fantastic value for money. Luna at the front desk made check-in super smooth and was really friendly. Bring your own snacks as there isn't much variety for food options on-site.

Clean room, quiet atmosphere, with good breakfast options including superb cinnamon rolls and great coffee, along with easy access to hiking trails for outdoor activities.

We loved the convenient location near Catalina State Park for hiking and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The breakfast was robust with various options, and my teenage kids loved the pancake machine! Plus, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming.

My kids wished there was a bigger pool area for them to enjoy. It was quite cramped, making pool time a bit less fun for all of us.

The cinnamon rolls at breakfast were to die for, and our room was super clean and cozy! We really enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a long day. Just a heads up, the pillows could be a bit comfier, but it didn’t stop us from having a blast! 😊

Unfortunately, the heating system was disruptive. the loud window unit made it difficult to sleep, and the fogged windows detracted from the overall comfort. Also concerning were the thin walls, which allowed for audible conversations from neighboring rooms. Not many local hotel options, but this place serves its purpose well enough.

During my stay, I appreciated the inviting lobby and well-appointed commons areas, which were easily accessible and comfortable for seniors like myself. The friendly staff made me feel welcome and were attentive to my needs throughout my visit.

I was also impressed with the breakfast setup-plenty of options, fresh coffee, and those delicious cinnamon rolls that shouldn’t even be legal, y'know? It’s those small things that really make a difference.

Stayed for 3 nights in a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds. The workout room had functional treadmills and free weights. Breakfast was a hit with eggs, yogurt, and freshly baked pastries. The outdoor pool was heated, and I enjoyed lounging by the sun chairs. The room had a microwave, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV, all super handy.

my stay at holiday inn express was pleasant. the front desk staff, especially the young woman with blue streaks in her hair, were amazing and super helpful. the fitness room had everything you need, including treadmills and dumbbells, which I enjoyed. also, the location was great for exploring nearby restaurants.
